• We receive your payment confirmation from Paypal
• We receive your name and email address from you
• We send you a username and automatically generated password
• You go to www.i-want-a-web-site.com
• Use the username and password you have been sent to login to the site
• Go to the download dock which is accessible from the horizontal menu
• Download your template zip file
• You will be able to access the download area for 72 hours from the time our communication is sent to you
