Web packages:
Before you purchase a full web package, please contact us with a mailing address and your e-mail address so that we can set up correspondence between us to negotiate the details and timeline of our mutual agreement. Once we have established your precise requirements and our terms have been agreed upon you may then proceed with the purchase of your chosen web package following our specific instructions.

Templates:
When you purchase one of our templates you are gaining non-exclusive rights for its use. The original author's copyright for the material you acquire remains unaltered. Other customers can potentially purchase the same template covered by the same licence conditions. All templates sold without a web package are sold "as is". It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are installed, edited, content populated and uploaded correctly.
It is possible to opt for the "limited distribution" addon purchase for your basic web package or when you buy a template. This additional cost will ensure that your chosen web template is removed permanently from our store following confirmation of your payment.

Standard template download:
When you make your purchase we will receive a confirmation of payment from PayPal. Please be sure to send us your e-mail address using our contact form. When we have received notification of your payment you will be sent a username and randomly generated password to enable you to access our download dock. The template zip file will be available to you for downloading for 72 hours from the time our e-mail communication is sent to you.

Templates on cd:
At the time of purchase, you supply us with a mailing address and your e-mail address. When we have received notification of your payment from PayPal, we will mail the cd to you containing all the files included in the templates you have purchased. You will also receive a username and password to collect your templates from our download dock.
